Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. This role demands a strong technical background, particularly in automation, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities. An ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Robot Technology and has a passion for delivering top-notch customer support in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Technical Planning: collaborate with stakeholders to plan technical project aspects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Design & Development: Design and oversee integration solutions, ensuring adherence to project and industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead testing and quality assurance processes, including establishing protocols and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Review & Maintenance: Oversee system maintenance post-deployment, handling issues or upgrades to meet user needs.
  • Communication: Translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate technical risks impacting project timelines and devise contingency plans.
  • Customer Support:
    • Act as a technical troubleshooter, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for smooth customer experiences.
    • Address user inquiries with professional, timely support.
    • Maintain accurate records of support activities and follow-ups to ensure seamless operations.

  • You have a background in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Robot Technology.
  • You've gained experience working with automation, and in technical support roles.
  • You're knowledgeable in designing, building, and testing solutions with sensors, IoT devices, and connectivity.
  • You possess excellent problem-solving skills, adept at troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Your strong organizational skills help you maintain records and manage risk assessments efficiently.
  • You have a high degree of accountability and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders.
