At Factbird, we are on an exciting journey of growth to support our expanding customer and product base. We are seeking someone who’s technically proficient, full of aptitude, passion & discipline who excels in the realm of manufacturing and IIoT/Connectivity technologies to join our USA team.

You will serve as a pivotal & central point of contact pre/post-implementation, nurturing strong client connections, possessing a solid grasp of client needs and ensuring their successful integration of Factbird solutions into their operations, crucial for effectively realizing their business goals and securing their achievements. Additionally, you’ll be looking for & identifying opportunities for upsell/expansion within accounts.

The Customer Success Team works to ensure that our customers are maximizing the value they are receiving from our products and services. We believe in doing whatever it takes to make our customers successful, and the Customer Success team drives that success every day.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be managing clients that are of strategic importance to the organization. Customer Success Managers work to drive value that leads to expansion, renewals, and customer satisfaction. You will be dedicated to finding additional opportunities within current client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision makers and working collaboratively with your Account Executives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and successfully seeing them through by working with the Account Executive and independently.
  • Gain command of our corporate message, leverage data on our platform, and identify strategic growth opportunities to help clients understand and grow their businesses.
  • Exceptional HubSpot precision to provide up-to-date and accurate ongoing forecasts.
  • Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with senior level executives to demonstrate the business value of our product, which clearly articulates our innovative products.
  • Negotiate balancing renewals and expansions that profit our business while benefiting the client, and shepherd the deal through legal negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to help maximize client use, value, and satisfaction with our platform.

This role could be a fit for you if you bring

  • 2+ years demonstrated track record of growing existing business as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager or bringing in net new business in the high-tech/SaaS space.
  • Default technical aptitude to help clients maximize their investment and ensure no interruption to their service.
  • Desire to be inquisitive, assist clients with platform setup, and answer start up questions.
  • Well versed in value-based solution selling.
  • Passionate about account forecast accuracy (churn and upsell) and dedicated follow up skills.
  • Being extremely well-versed in IIoT and Industry 4.0 is a plus.
  • Engineering and/or technical backgrounds are preferred.
  • Great presentation skills, along with high confidence in engaging with decision makers.
  • Powerful communication and interpersonal skills. Highly articulate via phone, email, and in person is a differentiator, along with a positive, engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Inspired by working in a constantly changing and evolving work environment where growth is non-stop.
  • Savvy with HubSpot, Mixpanel, PowerPoint and PowerBI is preferable
