In this role, you'll be the architect behind our lead generation strategy and campaigns, the fuel for our growth engine. Your mission? To drive a wave of qualified leads into our pipeline and help write Factbird's success story. This position will report to our Head of Communications and Marketing.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and other key teams to drive our B2B demand generation strategy and implementation globally. You'll take the reins of paid channels, optimizing them through rigorous experimentation to funnel customers through their entire lifecycle, from lead generation to conversion, all while ensuring a tight rein on acquisition costs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand and lead generation strategies that align with Factbird's growth targets.
- Continually refine and optimize strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
- Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, webinars, and more.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and tailored to target audience segments.
- Drive high-quality lead generation through various marketing channels.
- Implement lead nurturing processes to increase lead conversion rates and accelerate the sales funnel.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage and nurture leads effectively.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and key marketing metrics.
- Generate reports on ROI and provide insights for ongoing improvement.
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead generation or marketing role, with a success track record.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Extensive background in sales-driven B2B organizations, fostering tight-knit collaborations with Sales teams to fuel lead generation and attain revenue targets.
- Skilled in using digital advertising platforms and CRM systems.
- Proficient in managing paid ad campaigns, including SEM and paid social, and familiar with marketing automation tools and Google Analytics.
- Proven success with creating and implementing ABM strategies.
- Data obsessed. Experience gathering and analyzing consumer insights to inform decision-making.
- A proactive and hands-on attitude, willing to dive into tasks as part of the team.
- What you have been doing:
- Supporting a B2B Software organisation.
- Been responsible for Demand Generation in a high-growth SaaS
- Master both Marketing Led Growth and Sales Led Growth Strategies
- Work continuously with performance analysis and growth hacking strategies to optimize the effect of campaigns.
