We focus primarily on producing important nutrients such as vitamins and antioxidants for industries such as personal care, dietary supplements, food fortification and animal feed.

We are looking for a service-minded and independent student assistant 10-15 hours a week, who wants to take responsibility - big and small - in a positive and dynamic organization.
\n
\n
Your responsibilities will ease all of your colleagues workday. These responsibilities are:

Daily office tasks:
\n
- Empty postal box, distribute/scan the letters
\n
- Keep offices and meetings rooms tity
\n
- Fetch the fruit basket in the reception
\n
- Purchases for the office
\n
- Scan and shred documents for the CEO
\n
- Archive documents for the CEO
\n
- Keep all cabinets tidy and organized
\n
- Order business cards
\n
- Assist the laboratory with administrative tasks, if needed
\n
- Assist the Management Assistant with various tasks
\n
And probably also other assignments..
\n

Events
\n
- Assist at internal events (afternoon/evenings)
\n
- Assist the Management Assistant with planning external events
\n
\n
New hire/resignations
\n
- Responsible for keys and chips
\n
- Responsible for organizing seating
\n
\n
