We build systems that make it possible to send data quickly and securely between satellites, ships, and ground stations, especially in places where traditional radio communication does not work. We are looking for an Electronics Technician who enjoys working with real hardware and wants to be part of building our systems. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronics used in our optical communication products. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts what we ship. If you like building things, fixing problems, you’ve been a DIY enthusiast or electronics hobbyist from a young age - you’ll fit well here.
What you’ll do:
Assembly and build
- Build and solder wire harnesses and custom cables for test setups and low-volume products
- Perform high-reliability soldering and crimping of connectors used in demanding environments
- Assemble small batches of PCBs with high precision
Testing and quality
- Test incoming PCBs and components to ensure they meet requirements
- Verify and check electronics before integration into final systems
- Test and validate finished hardware before deployment
Troubleshooting and support
- Diagnose and fix issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and lab equipment
- Support testing of prototypes in thermal and vibration environments
- Work closely with engineers to resolve hardware issues
Improvement and coordination
- Suggest practical improvements to electronics, PCBs, and assembly processes
- Keep clear records of builds and test results
- Help move designs from prototype to small-scale production
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies)
- 3+ years of experience in assembly, testing, or repair of electronic systems (or strong practical / maker background)
- Attention to detail and understanding that quality is critical
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and think through problems step by step
- Structured and tidy way of working, with focus on quality control
- Comfortable working with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English
Nice to have:
- Experience with high-speed signals or embedded systems
- Strong analog/digital knowledge and experience moving PCB designs from schematic to physical hardware
- Exposure to testing in challenging environments (thermal, vibration, vacuum)
- Interest in space, defense, or communication systems
