Why this role is exciting
As Anyday enters its next growth phase, scaling our platform and team, our Chiang Mai office is the heart of our operations in Thailand. You will be the operational backbone of this office, ensuring our international team is legally compliant, fully supported, and working in an amazing environment.

You will handle real compliance workflows, BOI processes, and shape the daily culture of a fast-moving fintech workspace. This role is perfect for a highly organized problem-solver who loves wearing multiple hats, taking ownership of office operations, and building a great workplace experience.

What you will work on;

  • Act as the main contact person with the BOI, Immigration, handling all related company paperwork and any other tasks related to Government Department
  • Manage end-to-end visa and work permit processes under BOI and NON-BOI for our expatriate employees
  • Run government compliance paperwork, including Social Security and TIN setups and 90-day reporting for foreign staffs
  • Manage office facilities, keeping everything running smoothly from stationery and hardware/software to ensuring snack and drink stocks are fully loaded
  • Involve in plan and organize company events and team-building activities to foster our positive culture
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance and Operation teams on ad-hoc tasks

We think you will thrive if you;

  • A Thai native currently based in Chiang Mai (immediate availability is highly preferred)
  • Have strong, proven experience handling BOI visas, work permits and DBD paperwork
  • Possess strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively with our international team
  • Are highly organized, able to work well under pressure, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Enjoy high ownership, autonomy, and making a tangible impact on the daily lives of your colleagues
  • Experienced using modern HRIS platforms (including BambooHR) and Slack for cross-organization communication is a plus
