The Opportunity: Shape the Future of AI Support in Thailand

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service & AI Design Intern to join our office in Thailand for 8 months. This role is for the student who wants to master the intersection of human empathy and AI efficiency. We are looking for someone who wants to turn this internship into a full-time career at Anyday.

What you will be doing

You will help us build a world-class service experience by working on:

• Conversational AI Design: Reviewing AI interactions, improving prompts, and designing flows to make our AI assistant smarter and more helpful.
  
• Direct Support: Assisting shoppers and merchants via chat and email to solve real-world payment and account issues.
  
• Knowledge Management: Writing and optimizing help center articles that serve both our human users and our AI training models.
  
• Ad-hoc Projects: Working on conversational UX, support metrics, and process improvements.
  

Who you are;

• You are a Handelsøkonom student at Erhvervsakademi Dania looking for your 8-month internship.
  
• You are digitally curious and fascinated by how AI can improve customer experiences.
  
• You are a strong communicator in Danish (written and spoken) and comfortable in English.
  
• You have a problem-solving mindset and enjoy finding better ways to do things.
  
• You want to secure a full-time job before you even graduate.
