About The Role

As a Danish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will be the friendly, professional voice of Anyday for our Danish customers. You’ll ensure every customer receives outstanding support and a seamless experience with our products and services.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with product information, purchase details, and service issues
  • Resolve complaints with patience, empathy, and creative problem-solving
  • Identify and escalate priority or complex issues to the right teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain smooth communication and top-tier service
  • Stay up-to-date with Anyday’s products, services, and policies
  • Consistently represent Anyday’s values of Collaboration, Innovation, Respect, and Transparency in every interaction

About You

  • Fluent in Danish with strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Previous customer service or related experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • A team player with a positive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Able to be based in Chiang Mai, Thailand
