Your Role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for building our team across all departments, with a particular emphasis on technical roles:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for a variety of positions, with strong emphasis on software development and technical roles
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive headhunting, networking, and relationship building
  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical and non-technical positions, with the ability to evaluate technical skills (particularly in .NET, Angular, and React Native)
  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand team needs and refine job requirements
  • Create compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect our positions and company culture
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation
  • Represent Anyday at recruitment events, tech meetups, and industry conferences
  • Develop and nurture relationships with technical communities, universities, and training programs
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring process
  • Help refine our employer branding to attract diverse talent across all roles

Your Profile
Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in technical recruitment
  • Understanding of tech roles and ability to evaluate technical skills (particularly in software development)
  • Experience with both technical and non-technical recruitment across various departments
  • Experience with modern sourcing techniques and channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
  • Strong track record of successful hires across different role types
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical requirements to non-technical candidates
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience recruiting in the FinTech or payments industry
  • Knowledge of the Nordic or Southeast Asian talent markets
  • Technical background or education that helps understand developer roles
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics
  • Prior experience in an international or cross-cultural environment
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
