The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales through the use of Sales Navigator, our flagship product that connects and builds mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers. The Enablement Specialist Team is part of the LinkedIn Sales Solutions organization.
The Enablement Specialist will be responsible for driving adoption and maximizing the value of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for our customers. This role involves deeply understanding our customers, developing and delivering custom, outcome driven training programs, creating engaging content, and providing ongoing support to ensure users are proficient and achieving their goals with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. In this role, you will partner closely with our Sales & Customer success teams to execute an enablement strategy that is customized to our Customers unique business objectives and use case for Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, is customer focused, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and technology. The Enablement Specialist for this role will work on pilots sold in our North American market, with occasional need to work on pilots in other

Basic Qualifications
The pay range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for end users of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including webinars & workshops
- Deliver Customer Value through ensuring our customers are successful with LinkedIn Sales Navigator in terms of adoption, usage and engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify user needs and tailor enablement programs accordingly.
- Continued focus on enablement methodology improvement to accelerate customer adoption and value
- Monitor user engagement and adoption metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
- Gather user feedback and insights to inform Enablement Service development and enhance the overall user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new features of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to ensure the most relevant and effective enablement service delivery
- Become expert in LinkedIn Sales Solutions business, LinkedIn organization structure & team, the LinkedIn’s platform, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and associated tools (e.g. Salesforce.com) to enable success in your role
- Provide input and solution-oriented ideas to internal teams to continuously improve our product, systems and resources
- Track and record customer activity in a timely manner in systems of record (e.g., CRM system)
- Support your colleagues and team by helping to foster a sense of inclusion and belonging and always striving to exhibit LinkedIn’s culture and values.
Basic Qualifications
- 3 + years of relevant experience in a Enablement / Customer Education / Consulting / Project Management / Customer Success
- Instructor-Led-Training Experience (In-Person and Virtual)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities, comfortable delivering training to large groups
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs and educational content.
- Familiarity with sales processes, methodologies, and technologies
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement efforts.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, and cross-functional partners by anchoring on confidence, collaboration and shared vision of success.
- High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, team-player with ability to deliver within defined timelines
- Growth mindset with the desire to work in a collaborative and agile environment
- Passion for customer work and delivering outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic and high growth technology environment
- Experience working with multiple customers simultaneously and the ability to work with competing priorities
