Job Description

Based in Dublin, the Regional Wellness Specialist EMEA reports to the Director of Global Wellness and is responsible for LinkedIn's Corporate Wellness Program across all EMEA offices. We are looking for an extraordinary individual that is an enthusiastic relationship builder, articulate with exceptional communications skills, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate day to day management of LinkedIn's wellness program across multiple EMEA locations.
  • Collect and analyze program data, reporting metrics to internal stakeholders, and seeking areas of opportunity for continuous improvement.
  • Create, promote, and deliver wellness-based learning content, including live workshops for teams both in-person and online. Confident being on camera or sourcing talent to present wellness content. Comfortable interviewing guest speakers for events and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Global Wellness Team to create, promote and execute successful initiatives.
  • Budget management, ensuring wellness initiatives are delivered within allocated budgets.
  • Build positive and successful relationships with internal stakeholders and employees alike, understand the local team's business priorities, and translate them to wellness strategies that directly support them.
  • Keep up to date with trends in health and wellness and refreshes initiatives accordingly.
  • Inspire employees to get involved in wellness initiatives and act as a point of contact for employees answering questions in an accurate manner.
  • Lead internal employee communications for the Wellness program, managing the full lifecycle from creation to execution, including measuring and reporting on the impact.
  • Manage relationships with internal partners and vendors to ensure the program is consistent across offices in EMEA.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and any associated duties as needed.
  • Ability to travel as required.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years relevant experience working in a professional capacity.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree or certifications in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Nutrition, Public Health, other wellness related expertise is preferred.
  • Passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and dedicated to supporting others on their journey.
  • Deep understanding of wellness principles, including mental wellbeing, physical fitness, nutrition, hydration, rest, and mindfulness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Communications, marketing or social media experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, a keen sense of responsibility & accountability, and a drive to excellence.
  • Brings high energy and a positive attitude; motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaborator, capable of working with others to find solutions to complex problems and leading teams towards shared goals with and without authority.
  • Operate autonomously and think strategically to evolve programs effectively.
  • Fluent in MSFT suite of products
  • Confident public speaker.
  • Comfortably navigates systems and extracts data to measure the impact of promotions, campaigns, and initiatives.
