The Role

We’re seeking an exceptional Sales Director / Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to spearhead Airofit’s global commercial strategy. This is a pivotal leadership role with full ownership of our B2C and B2B growth engines, with a strong emphasis on digital sales and marketing. You will drive international expansion, scale revenue, and shape our global brand presence — turning Airofit into a household name across sports, wellness, and health.

Key Responsibilities

Global Commercial Leadership

- Define and execute a world-class sales strategy across B2C and B2B.

- Identify new markets, partnerships, and distribution opportunities.

- Set ambitious growth targets — and deliver on them.

Digital Growth & Optimization

- Own and optimize the global digital sales funnel.

- Lead customer acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives.

- Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Operations for seamless user experiences.

Brand & Marketing Strategy

- Shape and activate Airofit’s global brand narrative.

- Oversee digital campaigns, performance marketing, content strategy, and brand storytelling.

- Leverage data, market trends, and customer insights to unlock new growth.

B2B Sales Development

- Lead B2B engagement with elite sports organizations, wellness companies, clinics, and corporate partners.

- Build strategic partnerships and key accounts to drive long-term value.

- Develop tailored solutions and value propositions for diverse sectors.

About You

- Proven track record in scaling international digital sales and marketing.

- Strong experience in building and leading commercial teams across geographies.

- Passion for sports, health tech, wellness, or human performance.

- Ideally: ex-athlete or someone deeply immersed in performance culture.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on drive and ambition.

- Excellent communicator and negotiator; natural leader and team builder.

- Analytical and data-driven in your approach.
