Airofit is a Danish developed training system, tailored to athletes who expect more from their performance. The original device was created for asthma and COPD patients. Since then, the breathing trainer has been developed to improve the breathing of athletes and be a tool to assist the athlete in his or her ambition for greatness. So, how does it work? The Airofit device is connected to an app that measures your results and improvements after each breathing session. In the app, there are multiple programs which all focus on different areas of your breathing. Each session results in a different benefit that takes you to a higher level of performance. Having different training programs gives you the freedom to improve and focus on the areas that are the most important for you. The goal is to train your respiratory system overall, as having a thorough knowledge of how this works and obtaining powerful breathing helps your overall performance.
