About Again

We partner with industry leaders to build on, and upgrade, their existing infrastructure with our fermentation technology platform, turning CO₂ waste into critical products. We have raised over $100m to date from top venture capital investors as well as in grant funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme. We are a growing team of experienced scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs from the DTU, Stanford, MIT (and more) who are passionate about revolutionizing the chemical industry.

What you’ll do

We are looking for an incredibly well-organized generalist to work alongside our Founders as a Chief of Staff. You will be working closely with the Founders and supporting them in their leadership roles, whilst owning strategic initiatives that are key to Again's next stage of growth.

• Act as an extension of the CEO and leadership team, driving the company’s internal operating rhythm across priorities, decision-making, and execution follow-through
• Own executive-level communications, translating complex technical, commercial, and financial inputs into crisp decks, memos, and narratives for internal and external audiences
• Support investor relations and strategic initiatives, including fundraising and board materials, and ad-hoc analyses across market, partnerships, and corporate strategy
• Help scale the organization by shaping ways of working, leadership communication, and company culture as the business grows
  
  

About You

• At least 2 years of work experience in strategy consulting (MBB), investment banking, Venture capital or private equity is a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong academic background (STEM degrees preferred)
• Analytical mind and proficiency in Excel + PowerPoint
• High agency – willing to roll up your sleeves to get sh*t done
• Passionate about solving the defining technological challenges of our time
• Based in Munich - or willing to relocate
